My package is missing, what should I do?

Please email us at info@healthfarm.co.nz so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered as soon as possible. Once your package arrives in your country, your local DHL is responsible for missing packages. If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page please contact your local shipping company. 

I haven't received a shipping confirmation email, has my order been placed?

When an order is processed, you should expect to receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, this could be due to your order not being fully completed or if your email address was entered incorrectly. If you're unsure and would like support please contact us at info@healthfarm.co.nz and we can let you know what has happened with your order. 

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days.
