How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders:

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 2-5 working days! Every shipment is safely delivered with NZ Post!

International orders:

We aim to have your order to you within 5-10 working days.

However, international shipping times may be extended if there happens to be any delays with the flight, or Customs occur on arrival to your country.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days.

What happens if I have entered wrong address?

It is important that you let us know as soon as possible before your shipments gets picked up by our delivery company. (Once it gets picked up, we cannot fix the address)

Please email us at info@healthfarm.co.nz so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered to the correct address as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship worldwide.

Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at check out based on your selected country.

At Healthfarm, we always endeavour to have your shipment to you as quickly as we can. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase experience with us!

International Orders: Taxes and Customs

International orders may cause local Custom taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Healthfarm NZ. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please refer to your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation email, has my order been placed?Collapsible row

When an order is processed, you should expect to receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, this could be due to your order not being fully completed or if your email address was entered incorrectly.

If you're unsure and would like support please contact us at info@healthfarm.co.nz and we can let you know what has happened with your order.

My package hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Once your package arrives in your country, your local DHL is responsible for tracking where your package is. If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page please contact your local shipping company.

What should I do if I receive the wrong items?

At Healthfarm we take great care in ensuring that you receive the correct products you have placed in your order. We sincerely apologise if you have received the incorrect items.

Please contact us through our email info@healthfarm.co.nz with your name, order number, a list of the item(s) you are missing and, if applicable, a picture of the wrongs items received.
