International Shipping FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We are able to ship worldwide. At Healthfarm, we always endeavour to have your shipment to you as quickly as we can. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase experience with Healthfarm NZ.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to have your order to you within 5-10 working days. However, international shipping times may be extended if any delays with Customs occur on arrival to your country. Unfortunately, this is something we are unable to predict or control. Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated at check out based on your selected country.
Custom taxes & wrong address information:
International orders may attract local Custom taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Healthfarm NZ. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please refer to your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Healthfarm NZ) at the customers expense.
